finding a centre a balance, all able to be noted as mine, now not so disparate and loose that I don't know where I end, what is not mine. The centre balance found in one moment as I drew my toes in together and onto demi pointe, balanced, still still still, then I could feel it, now I can still feel it. It doesn't make pain go away it doesn't make me laugh more, but it means I know where I am.
