The Walk

So I did it, up the steepness, past the ponies, up up to Carn Ffoi. Very windy, some great clouds. I was very happy to be on that slab of rock looking at Carningli and then out to sea. And the wonders of the mobile phone, I was able to share my joys when the Methodist rang me, from 1000ft on Dartmoor.

happy?

Feel delightfully ordinary; have had a day that was easeful, as someone else said. Simple, uncomplicated, even sociable. Is this happy? It is very wonderful in a quiet way. The good things of life - especially food, enjoyed: chocolate & almonds, rice and seaweed: and more complicated things like art - or are they really complicated? Perhaps not. Now to play with a three year old and visit a..... food market. Soft Autumn weather. I am soft with it too. Except for my knees.
